As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Manager to join our team and drive successful project execution while ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.

Your goals

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring
    alignment with business objectives;
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver
    exceptional outcomes;
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, architects,
    engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers;
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across all
    teams involved in the project;
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, identify risks, and
    implement mitigation strategies;
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, including detailed cost
    estimations and variance analyses;
  • Lead cross-functional project teams by setting clear expectations,
    assigning tasks, and fostering collaboration;
  • Motivate and guide teams to meet project milestones effectively;
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards throughout
    all project phases;
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management,
    outlining progress, challenges, and recommendations.

What we are looking for in candidates

  • A BSc or MSc in engineering or a related field (civil, mechanical, electrical, etc.);
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry (minimum of 2 years);
  • Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong analytical skills and a commitment to continuous learning;
  • Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
    A proactive, self-driven attitude, capable of working independently and collaboratively;
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams;
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

What we consider a plus:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent;
  • Experience working with diverse project teams and managing subcontractors;
  • Knowledge of construction cost estimation and contract negotiation.
