About the role
We are looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial Innovation Manager to help structure our venture building processes, support internal startups, and drive execution across our 2025 goals. This is a pivotal role to shape the future of innovation at AETHON.
What you will do
- Co-develop AETHON’s internal venture studio framework, including ideation processes, validation methods, MVP creation, and spin-off models.
- Work closely with internal startup teams to guide them from concept to MVP and into early-stage revenue generation.
- Help define and execute business models, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans aligned with AETHON’s end-of-year revenue goals.
- Engage with Venture Capitals, accelerators, corporations, municipalities, and innovation hubs to explore partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging technology, startup best practices, and sector-specific trends to guide venture development.
- Contribute to case studies, blog posts, presentations, and reports to showcase AETHON’s innovation capabilities and startup portfolio.
- Create internal playbooks, templates, and resources to scale the Venture Studio methodology across future teams.
What you will bring
- BSc or MSc in Business, Innovation, Engineering, Design, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in innovation management, venture building, startup support, or early-stage product development.
- Practical knowledge of Lean Startup, Business Model Canvas, or Design Thinking methodologies.
- Track record of managing innovation projects or startups from idea to MVP or market launch.
- Ability to evaluate ideas based on commercial potential, business viability, and market trends.
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and workshop facilitation abilities.
- Comfortable using digital tools like Notion, Miro, Figma, or startup analytics dashboards.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken).
- Self-driven yet collaborative; able to work across teams and timelines with a solution-first mindset.
What we consider a plus
- MBA or Master’s in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, or Strategic Design.
- Experience working in a Venture Studio, incubator, accelerator, or startup.
- Familiarity with EU-funded innovation programs and mobility/urban development sectors.
- Background in business design, customer development, or early-stage investment.
