About the role
We are currently looking for a Systems Integrator / Lead Tech on behalf of a trusted partner of AETHON Engineering.
The role focuses on the hands-on management and support of Microsoft environments, network infrastructure, virtualization, backups, and day-to-day technical operations. We are looking for a practical, reliable, and solution-driven professional who can keep systems stable, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the IT environment.
What you will do
- Manage and support Microsoft systems, services, and infrastructure;
- Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy environments;
- Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID / Azure AD, users, access rights, and related cloud services;
- Work with virtual machines and virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V;
- Monitor systems, handle alerts, investigate issues, and resolve technical incidents;
- Support backup, restore testing, and basic disaster recovery procedures;
- Troubleshoot network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, VPNs, routing, and connectivity issues;
- Support migrations, upgrades, integrations, and infrastructure improvement projects;
- Document configurations, changes, incidents, technical decisions, and operational procedures;
- Contribute to the standardization, security, reliability, and continuous improvement of IT environments.
What you will bring
- Experience in systems administration, network administration, IT support, systems integration, or a similar technical role;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and infrastructure environments;
- Practical experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy;
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID / Azure AD administration;
- Experience working with virtual machines, virtualization platforms, and backup systems;
- Good understanding of networking principles and infrastructure troubleshooting;
- Ability to diagnose problems in a structured way and resolve incidents efficiently;
- Clear communication skills, strong documentation habits, and attention to operational detail;
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate effectively as part of a team;
- Valid car or motorcycle driving license and access to an available vehicle for work-related needs.
What we consider a plus
- Knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting tools;
- Experience with monitoring, patching, and remote administration tools;
- Experience with firewalls, routing, switching, VPNs, and secure connectivity;
- Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity procedures;
- Experience working in an organized IT support or managed services environment;
- Knowledge of secure access, MFA, endpoint protection, and basic infrastructure security practices;
- Experience supporting migrations, upgrades, or multi-system integration projects;
- Familiarity with IT documentation, ticketing workflows, and operational standardization.
