We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team, drive sales efforts, and contribute to the growth of our groundbreaking products and projects.

Your goals:

  • Market Analysis & Research: Collaborate with the Business Development Department to conduct comprehensive market research, define goals, and identify targets.
  • Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, face-to-face networking, and other innovative strategies.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify selling possibilities. Gather and share customer feedback with internal teams for continuous improvement.
  • Industry Events: Represent AETHON at industry events, expos, and conferences to network and promote our products.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Monitor and report on communication activities with external stakeholders to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Sales Optimization: Identify opportunities for product enhancement and sales strategy optimization.
  • Business Networking: Cultivate and maintain strong business networks through effective communication and engagement with partners and stakeholders.
  • Project Dissemination: Execute dissemination and communication activities for company projects, ensuring broad visibility and impact.

What we are looking for in candidates:

  • Educational Background: BSc or MSc in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, business strategy, market analysis, or a similar role.
  • Sales Strategies: Knowledge of modern sales development strategies such as Lean Startup, Working Backwards, and Design Thinking.
  • Communication Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills, both remote and in-person, with experience in content creation.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with visual and presentation platforms such as Miro, Figjam, PowerPoint, and Canva.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn new concepts.
  • Negotiation Skills: Effective negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team. A collaborative mindset, team spirit, and a penchant for out-of-the-box thinking are essential.

What we consider a plus:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA).
  • Solid knowledge of a third language.
  • Knowledge of designing/implementing or working under Agile project management schemes.
  • Previous experience in a marketing agency.
